To support strong recent growth, we have a newly created role for a pro-active and motivated customer focused individual to join the CRM Strategy team as an Account Manager/Sales Associate.

As an Account Manager/Sales Associate, you will play an integral role in delivering high-level engagement to our existing clients across a combination of opportunity management, relationship management and project/initiative development activities, both independently and in conjunction with the management team.

Primary Responsibilities:

  • Undertake account management activities for a defined group of clients
  • Building & maintaining collaborative & positive working relationships
  • Document client business objectives and requirements across agreed timeframes & provide proactive ideas/concepts to assist in achieving these
  • Work with technical staff to analyse, design & propose solutions to meet understood needs & timeframes
  • Provide commercial offers for review & acceptance
  • Work with the delivery team to schedule delivery activities in conjunction with client availability
  • Monitor and oversee project work plans, ensuring customer experience remains positive, risks & issues are identified and escalated as required
  • Achieve or exceed agreed revenue & activity targets
  • Ensure all activity is captured in our CRM to support collaboration and reporting
  • Undertake certification in the core technologies we utilise to establish familiarity and credibility with clients

About You:

To be successful in this role you will need to demonstrate prior success in similar or related positions, either selling or supporting sales teams in complex client engagements with multiple stakeholders.

With a passion for CRM or sales & marketing automation technologies, you will display a commitment to delivering results and can demonstrate superior planning, communication skills and attention to detail.

You exhibit a clear client-centric approach, and an ability to leverage your strong internal & external stakeholder relationships and problem-solving skills to deliver superior value to clients.

Responsibilities

Create solutions using Web, CRM, Workato, Sitecore and or Liferay for our Enterprise clients.

Be apart of the thought leadership group on standards, best practices and solution design.

Create unique solutions for our clients that change industries, taking risks to create the “special” solution rather than the normal boring version.

Being involved or drive a team to create the required solutions, based on your skill and drive.

Qualifications

Experience with CRM Platforms with developer certifications helpful. Data works, translations and integration experience desired and experience in enterprise grade application development a must.

Should be across mainstream development stacks, PHP, Javascript, Java, MySQL and mainstream frameworks with real world experience to back it.

We need someone to help tell our story.

CRM Strategy produces content across a range of channels, including web, social, print, video and more. We’re looking for a Designer with a strong background in corporate communication and branding who knows how to produce work that’s both creatively and technically outstanding. This is an amazing opportunity to get involved at a brand level and put a stamp on our look and communications. Duties will include reviewing current website, social and other digital assets, and reworking where necessary to deliver final graphics. Working with the Marketing Manager, you’ll design and deliver graphic elements to support campaigns, web, social and print-based activities.

To be successful, you will need to have experience in designing for digital campaigns, together with a common-sense approach to managing concurrent projects. Working knowledge of common WordPress page-builders is a must.

Designer Responsibilities:

  • Review current design assets and work with the Marketing Manager to produce a unified brand-look
  • Produce and maintain a style guide for the company
  • Design and deliver branded document templates
  • Ensure design elements consistent across all channels
  • Create new graphic assets to support upcoming campaigns
  • Create top and tail elements for video training and marketing projects
  • Maintain the look of the website
  • Create assets for social campaigns
  • Desirable – Assist with limited animation or editing of video assets

Designer Requirements:

  • Visual storyteller
  • Fluent with current AI generative tools
  • Outstanding portfolio of corporate design work
  • Practical understanding of image optimisation for web
  • Minimum of 3+ years’ related job experience
  • Self-starter
  • Be a critical thinker with strong problem-solving skills
  • Ability to extract a brief from a range of stakeholders
  • Exceptional time management and communications skills
  • Able to work effectively in a fast-paced environment with the capacity to manage shifting priorities
  • Understand current marketing and design trends
  • The ability to manage multiple campaigns running at the same time
