Training and Communications Support
We’re looking for someone to join our Training and Communications team.
Are you smart, driven, and have a flair for communication? Are you confident presenting to a group? Do you like to approach a problem from an odd angle and get amazing results? If so, we want to hear from you.
Your primary role will be to deliver training programs in person and remotely to clients to support their new CRM system. While you will have scripts and extensive support material, you’ll need to bring a deep understanding of the system and business processes to deliver the valuable experience our clients expect. As your experience in the system grows, the role will expand to editing and tuning training materials based on client feedback and questions.
When not training, you’ll be expected to contribute to the marketing program, including writing articles to a brief, preparing blog and web content, and updating social feeds.
